Anodizing Plating Production Line
Anodizing is an electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal workpieces, anodizing is an electrochemical method to generate an oxide film on the surface of a metal substrate, and the substrate loses electrons and oxidizes at the anode.
Anode film has the function of beautifying the appearance, can absorb dyes with a thicker porous layer, or increase the interference effect of reflected light with a thinner transparent layer, and is widely used in electronics, semiconductors, auto parts, rare earth permanent magnets, aerospace and other fields, and helps end customers increase production and efficiency in galvanizing, copper, nickel, tin, gold, silver and other plating species.
